Jon Folland - Managing Director (Board Member)

Jon has over ten years experience working in the media and IT sectors. Before founding Nativ Systems, Jon was Head of Technology at at a number of start-ups, managing the development of high-profile solutions for MTV and BBC. Prior to this, he was a Technical Team Leader at Razorfish, UK where he managed and mentored teams of developers in the delivery of large-scale technical solutions for high profile clients such as British Aerospace, NMEC, Natwest and Britannia.

Jon has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. 

Nick Ryan - Technical Director (Board Member)

Previously Nick worked at a start-up where he lead interactive TV and broadband development. Prior to this, he worked at Razorfish, UK. He has a strong technical background, having developed embedded solutions in the mobile, mining and medical industries. He has published papers on digital signal processing.

Nick has first-class degrees in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering from the University of Queensland. Nick is also a member of the official ISO-MPEG standards working group, working on behalf of the BSI.

Joe Warren-Meeks - Operations Director (Board Member)

Joe is responsible for the business process outsourcing components of Nativ Systems as well as many of the operational aspects of Nativ - Nativ Systems' sister company. Joe has over 10 years experience of infrastructure design, management and support, having filled such roles working in major Blue Chip corporations such as Deutsche Bank.

Seb Bacon - Programme Director (Board Member)

Prior to joining Nativ Systems, Seb was CTO and founder of Jamkit Ltd, a full-service new media agency catering specifically to the not for profit sector. Seb has a particular interest in the creation and management of efficient operational frameworks. He has direct experience of a wide range of specialisms, including information strategy consulting and programme, risk, financial and resource management.

Seb has a degree in Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge.
