5th January 2009 - Nativ Appoints New Chairman

Nativ Holdings has announced the appointment of David Frodsham as Chairman of its board.

David has been an entrepreneur and in the senior management of technology companies for over 20 years.

He was most recently CEO of Argogroup, a manufacturer of test equipment to measure Quality of Service for mobile operators. He has also served on the board of Insignia Solutions, a publicly listed creator of Java virtual machines and mobile device solutions and was COO of Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ:PTEC) in California, makers of the system-enabling BIOS software designed into most PCs.

A fluent German and French speaker with a diploma from Grenoble University, he also holds a BSc from Kings College, London, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. 

Commenting on his appointment as Chairman of Nativ, David said “I am delighted to be able to serve on Nativ’s board, which can play such a key role in the media industry as video moves to the heart of content providers’ and advertisers’ strategies. I intend to help them focus on the best opportunities, grow strongly and build value for their shareholders.”
